Set up ReadXiv from
https://github.com/Rishik00/ReadXiv.

Install dependencies with `npm run install:all`,
build with `npm run build`, run `npm link`,
then launch it with `readxiv --app`.

Preserve any existing user data under `~/.papyrus`.
